The Massachusetts Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence. This organization provides connections to organizations and people committed to ending domestic violence and sexual assault.


National Coalition Against Domestic Violence

Serves as a national information and referral center for the general public, media, battered women and their children, allied and member agencies and organizations.

Since 1978, offering a 24-hour hotline, multilingual crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, confidential shelter (90 days), emergency Safe Homes(1-14 days), legal and medical advocacy, support with related issues, such as housing, employment, victim compensation and other services.
Since 1997, providing comprehensive services to youth who have been traumatized by physical and/or sexual violence, including clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment with licensed child therapists.
Offering emergency short-term shelter, confidential temporary shelter for women and children affected by domestic violence, and confidential temporary shelter for women affected by domestic violence AND substance abuse or mental health issues.
Offering SafePlan (MOVA - Massachusetts Office of Victims' Assistance) at the District and Probate Court for 209A assistance with on-call support, court program manager available at the center from Monday through Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm), referrals to New Center for Legal Advocacy and Southeastern Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation.
Offering medical advocacy service for Southcast Hospitals and St. Anne's Hospital with a 24/7 hotline and response for sexual assault and domestic violence survivors in the emergency room. Trained volunteer or staff are on-call to respond with-in one hour. Responder offers confidential support as an advocate, connecting survivors to services and counseling information, resources and referrals.
Offering individual crisis and on-going counseling services for men, women and children, as well as workshops and group counseling for children, teens and adults. Group counseling includes:
